The Initial Nutrition Consultation is helpful to determine any imbalances in the body systems and to narrow down to the areas which you might focus on first. I provide you a detailed questionnaire, which you can fill out before our initial appointment.

We will talk about your nutrition and lifestyle goals, needs, and preferences. After assessing health and lifestyle status you will receive personalized recommendations for changes, which you can implement to improve your own, your child's, or possibly your whole family's diet and overall health!

Included in the Initial Nutrition Consultation:

• Assessment based on detailed questionnaires
• Consultation to talk about goals and recommendations
• 2 Follow-up Appointments to talk about progress
